Our Holiday promotions and all that stuff

Happy Thanksgiving   I hope you had a great Thanksgiving dinner and got your wife/girlfriend/family member or significant other to clean the dishes while you are sitting comfortably, watching football games and reading this email.  We have a lot to give thanks for, all in our own way -- family, friends, and that big one you caught last Summer.  We also need to give thanks for all the fishing ahead of us.   As you rush to the Black Friday sales, fighting traffic, rude elbowing customers and incredible specials that seem to elude you, keep us in mind.  In addition to great tackle at prices that the big boxes can’t beat, we have a great selection of sportswear for men and ladies, terrific jewelry by Carey Chen and other artists, and many other items that will make that special person in your life smile.   The following is our schedule of events for this Holiday season.  Although our specials will continue all Season long, on these particular days we will feature factory representatives and event-only specials.  Plus on Saturday December 15th, bring the kids to meet our now famous Fishing Santa (have a picture with Santa taken on our fighting chair), have a hot dog, or pick up a bag of goodies.   FRIDAY NOVEMBER 23rd:  OUR STOREWIDE SALE STARTS. Find specials on sportswear, rods, reels and unique marine Sterling jewelry.   SATURDAY NOVEMBER 24TH:  AMERICAN EXPRESS SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY. Get an additional bonus - $25 back direct from American Express when you use your Amex card (enrollment with Amex is required. Visit www.ShopSmall.com for details).  We also will have event-only specials and free gift-wrapping. MONDAY NOVEMBER 26TH: CYBER MONDAY  is all about online sales. Check our website for web only specials and free shipping on most items. Some discounts are so big that they are limited by time lasting only an hour, so check often during the day.   SATURDAY, DECEMBER 8th:  PENN SALES EVENT. Join Penn Reels factory representatives as we introduce the hottest reels of the season. Event incentives and free merchandise drawings during the event.   SATURDAY, DECEMBER 15TH:  SIMMS AND FIN-NOR/QUANTUM SALES EVENT. If you have not experienced Simms line of performance fishing gear, visit us this Saturday to learn for yourself why Simms is the premier performance outfitter.  Fin-Nor/Quantum representatives will be at the store to introduce their new products, including the Smoke line and new additions to the popular Marquesa family.  Once again, we will have event-only promotions, gift-wrapping, kids’ bags and SANTA!   HOLIDAY HOURS: We are open 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 12 PM to 6 PM on Sunday. If you can’t make it to our store during these hours, call us and we will gladly wait for you. If you cannot visit our store, don’t worry. We will be having online promotions during the season and time-limited discounts during the above events. Check our site often and call us if you want to buy a particular item. We are in a Holiday mood and will accommodate your request. We will continue our specials and promotions through December 23rd for late shoppers.
